Would like to know if fire depts in your region of the country are hiring more minority firefighters?  If there has been an increase in those numbers, are the increases representative to the minority make up of the region? 

If there has been an increase in number of minority firefighters, how has thie increase been accomplished?  Through improved testing?  Through quotas?
